Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: France, Netherlands, Denmark, Swiss, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Up to 5 kg = 4,95 €
Over 84€ = No charges
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
Denmark: up to 5 kg = kr 59,27 DKK
France: up to 5 kg = 9,95 €
Netherlands up to 5 kg = 7,95 €
Norway: up to 5 kg = kr 158,00 NOK
Switzerland: up to 5 kg = CHF 19,95
United Kingdom: up to 5 kg = £4,95 GBP
Finland & Sweden: up to 5 kg =11,95€
Finland & Sweden: 5 kg to 10 kg = 12,95€
When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 2 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 6 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
